1. How long do we have to pay transactional charge of 1.5%?
The pricing for OTRAMS GO plan is fixed for the first 3 years from the commencement of the project. After 3 years, the customer will be eligible for a revision in pricing based on their business volume and number of services.
2. Will the return of 1.5% be well defined after net sales?
1.5% will be charged on total transaction amount and not on the profit amount earned.
3. If my sale is 100 USD and revenue is 10 USD what is the amount you will bill me for?
If your sale is 100 USD then revenue is also 100 not 10. You will be charged 1.5% on 100 USD. That is 1.5 USD.
4. Is there any exit charge?
No. There aren’t any exit charges. But there is a 30 days’ notice to be given before the exit.
5. What is included in onetime setup Fee?
There is no set-up fee involved in the OTRAMS GO Plan. We provide the complete platform, integration with approved suppliers, mid office and back office along with your preferred selling channels (B2B, B2C or Mobile). System setup includes setting up the various modules, configuration, complying with supplier rules, setup of server instances etc.
6. What does Monthly Maintenance include?
The OTRAMS GO plan has no monthly maintenance. The billing of OTRAMS Go happens on a monthly basis. You will be only billed for the total amount of transactions you make in a month.
7. Why do you have a Transaction Cost?
The transaction fee that we charge you is a small fee against the business you generate through the online platform. No other charges are levied.
8. Will there be an annual fee charged to me?
There are no annual fees on the OTRAMS GO plan. But if you select services over and above the go plan, like ‘Dedicated Hosting, GDS CAP license’ etc. there will a charge to pay. These additional services will be charged on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select with them.
9. How long this plan is valid? What happens if the plan is discontinued?
This plan will be applicable to you for the complete tenure of your contract with us. Even if Qtech Software, decides to discontinue the plan for new customers, you will be able to continue with this plan for the complete tenure of your contract, without any issues.
10. Is it 1.5% from the total revenue or total sales?
This can be broken down like this. For example, if have done $1000 booking in a month, the invoice that is generated will be 1.5% of the total. If your transaction amount is $40,000 then the invoice amount will be 1.5% of this visible on the back office of your OTRAMS System.
11. Is the 1.5% based on the gross or the commissions we get?
If you made a hotel booking worth 400 USD, then the charge will be 1.5% on the 400 USD total transaction amount. Not on the commissions that you add.
12. Do we need to pay 1.5% for flights as well?
The pricing for transaction cost of flights would be 1.5% as well.
13. Will the contract mention that this module will be there for life time?
All details on the validity of the module will be mentioned in the contract.
